General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the sole governing language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight and does not override the English version.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 33bt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold a 33bt account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 33bt enforces a strict 18+ age restriction with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on the 33bt platform.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who lack legal capacity — whether by reason of age, mental incapacity, or any other legal basis — are prohibited from using the platform.
- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered 33bt account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through use of another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, either voluntarily activated through your 33bt account settings or applied by 33bt as a result of a responsible gaming intervention.
- Accurate Information: All registration details provided to 33bt must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.
33bt takes age verification extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we reasonably suspect that an account holder may not meet the eligibility criteria set out above. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Account access may be suspended pending the completion of age verification.
In the event that 33bt discovers that a player has misrepresented their age or identity, all winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility shall be void and forfeited. Any deposits made during that period will be subject to return at 33bt's discretion, minus any bonuses claimed. 33bt will cooperate fully with any relevant legal authority in cases involving underage gambling.

Account Registration & Verification

All financial transactions on the 33bt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 33bt does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, and only to an account registered in the same name as the 33bt account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 33bt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or where unusual account activity has been identified.
33bt does not impose fees on withdrawals processed to bKash or Nagad for standard amounts. For bank transfer withdrawals, processing times and any applicable bank-side fees are determined by the receiving institution and are outside 33bt's control. All deposit amounts must be wagered at least once before withdrawal of the original deposit is permitted.
Bonuses & Promotions
33bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following standard conditions apply to all 33bt bonuses:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates under the rules defined by its developer and publisher. 33bt does not modify game rules, RNG parameters, or outcome probabilities. Odds are updated in real time and the odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds resulting from a data feed failure or human error — 33bt reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to the affected players. This right applies regardless of whether the affected bets have already been settled as winning bets. 33bt will exercise this right only in genuine cases of manifest error and not as a means of avoiding legitimate winning payouts.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued access to the 33bt platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and — where legally required — referral to relevant authorities.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify 33bt immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
- Comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh as they relate to your use of online gaming and betting platforms.

You agree not to:

Account Closure & Suspension
33bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 33bt has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gambling, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, suspected fraud or money laundering, violation of prohibited conduct rules (Section 7), failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or abusive conduct directed at 33bt staff.
You may request closure of your 33bt account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any confirmed real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Where 33bt closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of any outstanding balance will depend on the nature of the breach. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of the platform, balances may be forfeited in full. In other cases, genuine deposited funds will be returned net of any bonuses claimed.
Players who have activated a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools — or who have been placed on a mandatory exclusion by 33bt — may not re-register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different name, email address, or payment method is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bt's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 33bt account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
33bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 33bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Platform Availability: 33bt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service outages may cause temporary unavailability. 33bt shall not be liable for any losses arising from periods of platform unavailability.
- Third-Party Services: The 33bt platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. 33bt is not liable for failures, delays, errors, or data breaches originating from these third-party systems.
- Network & Device Issues: 33bt is not responsible for connection failures, data costs, or device malfunctions experienced on the player's side that result in interrupted gameplay or failed transactions.
- Force Majeure: 33bt shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages, or widespread internet infrastructure failures.
- Player Decisions: All wagering decisions are made by the player at their own risk. 33bt provides games and betting markets for entertainment purposes and accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from a player's voluntary betting activity.
Amendments & Governing Law
33bt reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — 33bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-account notification prior to the amendment taking effect. In all other cases, amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the 33bt platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and good faith. 33bt operates its platform with a commitment to transparent, fair, and responsible gaming practices consistent with internationally recognised standards in the online gaming industry.
